Studio Sessions

A studio session is equipment based and tailored to Your goals be they asthetic, rehabilitative or therapeutic. It can be performed in a private environment [1:1] or with one [Duet, 1:2] to two [Studio,1:3] other people. In Duet or Studio scenarios you are not required to provide people to train with but this can be organised for friends or partner. It is recommended that you begin with an Initial Consultation [private] and proceed as advised by your instructor. Private consults provide more attention, but Studio sessions [1:3] are the most affordable, accessible and popular sessions we offer.

Sessions run for 1hr and are available daily by appointment.

Hatha and Vinyasa Flow Yoga

Based on Traditional Hatha and Ashtanga Yoga, combining flowing movement and static postures. The breath is used throughout the postures to connect body mind and spirit. Participants are encouraged to listen to their body, respect its wisdom, and to progress at their own pace. Classes are designed to build strength, vitality and harmony.

Wall Unit Pilates Class

Wall Unit Classes combine Matwork, and Studio Cadillac/Trapeze table work for a high-energy, low cost solution to your exercise needs. Expect to learn everything you can from a pilates studio session to transform your body with amazing results.

Basic Wall Unit - a toned down wall unit class so that you may hone your wall unit pilates skills - access while rehab'ing or a beginner!

Traditional Pilates Matwork

Encompassing the spectrum of Pilates exercises upon the mat. A Total Body Workout teaching the fundamental aspects of Pilates as well as the envigorating classical matwork as developed from the inception of the method to deliver a harmonised workout for body and mind.

  • Fundamentals: No previous Pilates experience required - first class free for new customers
  • Level 1 and 2: 'Fundamentals' experience required
  • Small Apparatus: rotating a selection of small equipment each week, including foam rollers, exercise balls, therabands and magic circles, an amazing workout expereince sure to leave an impression on tummies, thighs, arms and butts! Due to the challange that the class provides, we encourage new clients to participate in a few Pilates Fundamentals classes before attending this class.

Mums and Bubs Pilates

Bring the Bubba along to Pilates [up to 12mth olds]! Small class size and expert tuition focusing on the issues that women face post-natal, including body toning, improve posture, pelvic floor & abdominal strengthening and the reduction of back pain and incontinence.
